Chapter 805 A Public Proposal
Hearing Caden’s deep voice, I felt nervous.
Was he also starting to believe those rumors?
I pushed my feelings aside, freshened up, and made my way downstairs.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the first thing I noticed was Caden standing among countless flowers, holding a bouquet.
Nearby, a few reporters were filming the scene. It was obvious he had invited them for this moment.
Caden’s eyes locked onto mine, filled with emotion.
I stopped in surprise, then slowly made my way toward him.
A wave of joy rushed through me. I could already guess what he was about to do.
Honestly, I had been dreaming of this for a long time.
“Rosaline …” Caden said softly into the mic, his gaze full of warmth. “You’ve been with me for so long, always supporting me, but I’ve never given you a proper title.”
His voice trembled slightly, and even his hands weren’t steady.
I was touched and reached out to hold his hand without thinking.
“My girl, will you marry me?”
He opened a small box hidden in the flowers, got down on one knee, and held up the ring.
I covered my mouth as tears rolled down my face. Without hesitation, I nodded. “Yes.”
The crowd burst into cheers as Caden gently slid the ring onto my finger, and we hugged each other.
“I love you, Rosaline,” he whispered.
His sweet confession stayed in my mind as I looked at him, completely overjoyed.
“Me too.”
Soon, Caden and I held hands and hugged, proudly showing our rings to the cameras. The announcement quickly spread online, leaving many former critics stunned into silence.
As I watched more and more people celebrating our relationship, I felt an indescribable happiness.
The drama Connor had created finally died down, but Caden’s proposal brought Richard to visit us.
“Grandpa? What are you doing here?”
When the doorbell rang, I opened it to find Richard. Caden and I were caught off guard.
Though he hadn’t said he was coming, he looked unusually serious.
It made sense—Caden had proposed publicly without telling the Eclipse Pack’s Alpha

“You went through with the proposal?” Richard asked, staring directly at Caden.
Caden gave a nervous nod.

“Well done.” Then, without warning, Richard gave Caden a sharp flick on the forehead. “It was something so important, but you didn’t think to tell me. What if Rosie felt wronged?”
I couldn’t stop laughing, covering my mouth as Caden winced, which made me laugh even more.
“Well, now no one online can twist the story anymore.” Richard gently held my hand. “If he ever mistreats you, you better come to me. I’ll take care of it.”
“I will,” I promised.
“I’d never treat her badly,” Caden said, only to get another stern look from Richard.
Richard’s tone grew serious again. “Now that everyone on the Werewolf Continent knows, when’s the wedding?”
I looked at Caden, realizing we hadn’t even talked about that part yet.
“No plans yet? And you want her to become Luna like that?” Richard continued, clearly frustrated.
“It’s not his fault. We’ve both been busy and haven’t had the chance,” I explained quickly, which made Richard relax a little.
“There are a lot of good dates coming up. Pick one soon,”
He pulled out his phone and began checking for the best wedding dates.
After some thought, we agreed on the 15th of the month after next.
With that settled, we moved on to planning other details.
“Rosie, where would you like to get married?” Richard asked me directly.
“By the ocean. She has always loved the sea,” Caden answered for me, looking sure of himself.
I smiled and nodded.
“That’s perfect. You know her so well. The Moon Goddess clearly blessed this match.” Richard looked pleased and began searching for flower arrangements.
Since we’d need a huge number of flowers, we had to place our order early.
“I think champagne roses and sunflowers would be beautiful.”
I pointed at the pictures on the screen, and Caden immediately sent someone to place the order.
Then, we went over the color theme and started thinking about my dress.
Every girl dreamed of her wedding dress, and I was no differenc
Before we realized it, the entire afternoon had flown by as we looked through venue design. My shoulde ached, and my head spun a little from staring at my phone too long.
