Chapter 770 The Bitch Makes Her Debut
At the end of her speech, Rosaline looked at me. I met her gaze, calm and confident.

A photo of us, sweet and intimate, was quickly snapped–rare, since we hardly ever showed affection in public.
Overnight, the pictures of us showing off our love spread across the internet. People flooded the comments with envy.
“I didn’t expect two GEOS in love to be this sweet. I’m getting diabetes.”
With the flood of comments, this news quickly overshadowed Jessica’s hiring.
After the reporters dispersed, I dropped Rosaline off at Starplay and headed back to my office alone.
But the moment I walked in, I saw Jessica sitting in
My face darkened. “What are you doing here? Get up.”
chair.
“Caden, you’re back.” She didn’t move. Instead, she walked over, laid a hand on my shoulder, and leaned close to whisper in my ear, her breath warm. “I’ve been waiting for you. Would you really kick me out?”
Her voice carried a hint of flirtation. It made my skin crawl.
I pushed her away gently, my tone cold. “Ms. Sullivan, please have some self–respect.”
“No!” She reached for me again as soon as I pulled away.
“Where did you go just now? I’ve been waiting.” Her hands roamed over my body and stopped at my abs. “I didn’t expect your body to still be this good after all this time.”
My anger flared. I stared at her, eyes cold. “Don’t push your luck.”
“Oh, I just missed you.” She pulled her hand back but stayed half–seated on my desk, swaying her curvy figure.
I closed my eyes, refusing to look.
“As a daughter of the Sullivans, you really shouldn’t be doing this.” I turned my back to her, thinking that if Rosaline saw this, she might completely misunderstand.
If not for Grandpa and the Stars Pack connection, I would’ve had HR fire her long ago.
“Really… “Jessica looked pitiful, which only disgusted me more.
“If there’s nothing else, please leave.” My voice icy.
“If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t act like this.” Her tone suddenly changed to normal.
“No need.” I cut her off.
“Fine! Don’t regret it!” She gritted her teeth, straightened her clothes, and slammed the door as she left.
“Someone–get all the furniture in here replaced.”

A few days later, Grandpa hosted a birthday banquet–mainly to catch up with his old friends from the business world..
The event was held at the old Eclipse Pack estate. Thanks to Grandpa’s reputation among the werewolf clans, the turnout was impressive. Many of his longtime friends attended, along with rising heirs and CEOs from across the Werewolf Continent.
As the designated heir of the Eclipse Pack, I naturally brought Rosaline along to celebrate with him.
“Grandpa, you didn’t have to host it yourself. If you’d just said the word, we would’ve arranged everything for you!” Rosaline said cheerfully, clinging to my arm.
Grandpa laughed heartily at her words. “Good girl, you’re thoughtful. But just this once–next time, I’ll leave it to you two.”
He motioned for us to sit beside him.
By 8 p.m., most of the invited guests had already arrived. With the banquet about to start, Grandpa had the main gates closed.
To prepare for the celebration, I had the estate decorated specially. Still, Grandpa didn’t like anything too flashy, so we kept the design elegant but restrained.
Just as the gates were about to shut, a crisp voice rang out.
“Wait!”
Everyone turned toward the door. Jessica walked in gracefully, dressed in a flowing purple gown, her soft, glossy curls cascading over her shoulders.
Her appearance instantly drew every eye. People began comparing her outfit to Rosaline’s, and the hushed whispers around us didn’t escape our ears.
Rosaline, ever graceful and understated, wore a simple yet elegant outfit. Jessica’s look, bold and dramatic, stood in stark contrast.
Neither of us reacted. Rosaline remained calm, not even sparing her a glance.
“Ms. Sullivan, you’re quite late–we’ve all been waiting.”
Someone in the crowd spoke up, prompting a few others to echo the sentiment.
Jessica smiled faintly and clapped her hands. Behind her, someone stepped forward holding a ceremonial tray covered with a red cloth.
“What’s this?” Grandpa asked, gesturing to the item.
“This is my gift for you, Mr. Richard,” Jessica replied with a smile, glancing casually toward Rosaline. “The banquet may be for high society, but since I’ve now joined Caden’s company, it’s only right that I attend.
Her intention was obvious–Rosaline had come empty–handed.
With a snap of Jessica’s fingers, the red cloth was lifted.

A gold–inlaid crystal ring gleamed under the lights, its clear green hue immediately suggesting its high value.
“I bought this at an auction recently, Jessica explained. “The moment I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for you, so I bought it.”
