Caden’s POV:
1
From a distance, I saw Rosaline arguing with Cleo. Just as I was rushing over, Rosaline suddenly swayed on her feet. I knew something was wrong.
Good thing I wasn’t too late. I caught her just in time as she collapsed into my arms.
I glared at Cleo, who was still frozen in shock, then walked away with Rosaline in my arms.
I took Rosaline to the hospital, and she was rushed straight into the examination room. I waited anxiously outside.
After what felt like forever, the door finally opened.
I rose to my feet and hurried over. “How is she?”
“Why so careless? She’s worn out. Her body’s extremely weak.”
I froze. “Low blood sugar?”
“She has a history of low blood sugar. Didn’t you know?” The nurse smiled a little at my reaction, but then her expression became serious. “She’s still very frail. If you’d arrived just a moment later, the situation could have been much more serious.”
My heart sank.
Rosaline’s body was that weak? How could that be?
“The patient’s heart rate was high, and she’s highly emotional. That can also have a negative impact on her health.” The nurse continued with the precautions.
I listened quietly, feeling a heavy regret for having picked a fight with Rosaline.
She had argued with Cleo earlier. I had no idea what Cleo said that pushed her to the point of collapsing.
And lately, Rosaline had been running around trying to help with Naomi’s situation. Maybe that was what finally wore her down.
Looking at Rosaline’s pale face on the hospital bed, I leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
Then I pulled out my phone and gave a command to my men. “Assign more people to protect Mrs. Holbrook. Not a single scratch is allowed.”
From that day on, I stayed by Rosaline’s side, taking care of her at all times.
The search for Naomi continued, but there was still no progress.
Rosaline’s POV:
The moment I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was Caden’s broad back.
I couldn’t help but reach out and grab his arm.

He shuddered, quickly turned around, and crouched beside me as he gently touched my forehean. He asked softly, “You’re awake. How do you feel? Do you still feel unwell anywhere?”
I smiled and shook my head. “No.”
“Are you hungry? Do you want something to cat?” Caden’s voice was incredibly gentle.
I tried to smile and asked, “Sorry for worrying you. How long was I out?”
“Almost two days,” he said.
I nodded and forced a faint smile.
With Caden by my side, I felt a deep warmth in my heart.
“Oh, by the way, what about Naomi? Have you found her?”
The moment I mentioned Naomi, Caden’s expression shifted. He didn’t answer right away. Seeing Caden’s reaction, I understood right away. I nodded and didn’t press any further.
I slowly closed my eyes, but the guilt still crept in.
“Don’t be sad. We’ll find her,” Caden said softly, gently stroking my forehead to comfort me.
“I just hope she’s okay,” I whispered.
My worry wasn’t for nothing. If we couldn’t find her soon, I was afraid I would see Naomi’s body.
“She’s always been sharp. She’ll be okay.” Caden comforted me softly. Suddenly, a phone call startled us both.
Caden checked the screen, and his brows immediately furrowed.
“Is it news about Naomi?” I grabbed his hand, asking hopefully.
Caden pressed his lips together, then put the call on speaker.
“Mr. Holbrook, we found wreckage from a plane on an island out at sea,” Beta reported. “Following the debris, we located five people from the crash.”
Hearing that, I tried to sit up in a rush, but Caden gently pushed me back down.
“Among them, we found signs of Ms. Lawrence.”
Naomi was found!
My heart surged with excitement. Naomi was still alive!
“Alright, I got it. I’ll head over right away,” Caden nodded and ended the call.
“I’m going to check it out. You stay here and rest. I’ll let you know as soon as I have any updates,” Caden said, his gaze serious. “If you insist on going, I’ll pull my men back and won’t care about Naomi anymore.
“You’re threatening me.” I glared at Caden.

Chapter 750 Passed Out
“This is for your own good,” Caden said helplessly, patting my back. “You just woke up. If you try to get up, you’ll probably pass out after a few steps. It’s best to get your strength back first. You can see her later.
I lowered my eyes, realizing he wasn’t entirely wrong.
I was still a patient. If I went, I’d only worsen my condition and be a hindrance to the doctors. It wasn’t worth the trouble.
“Okay,” I muttered, reluctantly giving in.
