Things began to fall into place on their own.
As expected, Opaline went straight to Dayne, demanding that he take responsibility.

That bastard still refused to admit it, so I dropped the truth online right on cue that he was the father of the child.
With the public watching closely and the pressure growing, he finally confessed.
I didn’t concern myself with what happened afterward.
Still, the Stormbrew Pack was a large pack. They wouldn’t mistreat Opaline or her child.
I went back to the Eclipse Pack’s villa and wrapped my arms around Caden, holding him tightly.
The chaos had finally come to an end.
Our wedding would proceed.
Soon, at the same place where it was once interrupted, Caden and I held our wedding ceremony once again.
Wearing my wedding gown, I gently placed my hand on Caden’s arm. Everyone’s eyes were on us as we stepped forward and stood before the pastor who was leading the ceremony.
Though it was our second wedding, I noticed his fingers shaking ever so slightly.
I gave a small smile to the crowd below.
All the way there, I kept telling myself not to cry, but once I stood at the altar, my tears fell without warning.
“Ms. Rosaline Sinclair, do you take Mr. Caden Holbrook as your lifelong mate, to love him, to remain loyal to him, for all your days…”
As I listened to those heartfelt vows, tears were already welling in my eyes.
“Silly girl, it’s your turn to speak,” Caden leaned in, his voice soft and teasing when he noticed my silence.
“I do,” I finally said, locking eyes with him as I spoke the vow that would bind us forever.
With great care, he brushed away the tears rolling down my cheek.
“Mr. Caden Holbrook, do you …”
The pastor’s voice continued.
“I do,” he replied without hesitation/his voice calm and full of warmth..
In his eyes, I saw my own tearful smile reflected back at me.
With him beside me, I had no regrets in this life.
Suddenly, loud clapping burst from the crowd. The hall echoed with cheers as we held each other close.
Deep in my soul, Freya let out a joyful howl.

“Kiss! Kiss!”
The guests burst into playful cheers and teasing laughter from below.
Heat rushed to my checks, and I quickly looked down, feeling shy but happy.
“She’s just shy,” Caden joked into the mic.
Right after that, I gave him a gentle nudge with my fist.
“Ouch!” Caden winced dramatically, pretending to be in pain.
Then, before I could react, he took my face in his hands and kissed me softly.
The unexpected kiss made my heart race with a warm, dizzy excitement.
His mouth moved gently, parting mine with practiced ease.
It was sweet, lingering, and unforgettable.
“Whoa!”
Gasps of admiration rose from the werewolves standing below.
Surrounded by applause and joyful wishes, the ceremony came to a close.
In the blink of an eye, Caden and I became a viral love story across the internet.

Thinking back to my arrival in Rivemon, I never imagined a thoughtless vow would actually lead me to become his family.
I married Caden and became his destined mate.
Life and love truly work in strange, beautiful ways.
Later that evening, once we were finally home, weariness hit me all at once. I took off the face, and dropped onto the couch without a second thought.

Caden walked over holding a warm bowl. “You’ve been through a lot today. Eat something.”
I stared at the fish chowder in his hands and wrinkled my nose.
Lately, I hadn’t had much of an appetite, and today was even worse.
The moment I saw the fish chowder, a wave of nausea washed over me.
But I couldn’t bring myself to turn down his kindness.
I forced myself to rise, but a sudden wave of dizziness washed over me. I figured I’d just stood up too fast. As
I reached out for the fish chowder, the world around me started to blur.
“Caden, I…
”
I whispered his name, trying to focus on his face, and then everything went dark.

Caden’s POV: .
I watched as Rosaline’s body slumped to one side, and then she collapsed onto the couch.
I snatched the bowl from her unsteady grip and pulled her into my arms.
Her eyelids were closed tight, as if she had drifted into a deep, silent rest.
“Rosaline! Can you hear me? Rosaline!”
Panic crept in as I gently shook her, hoping for a response.
But she remained still, eyes closed, completely unresponsive.

Without wasting another second, I lifted her into my arms and carried her to our room. I laid her gently on the bed and immediately called for the family’s werewolf doctor.
It wasn’t long before the doctor arrived, his medical kid in hand.
I stood nearby, watching anxiously while he examined Rosaline and ran a full physical check–up.
After finishing the examination, the doctor turned to me and said, “For now, it looks like she’s been under a lot of stress lately, too much on her plate these past few days. She’s been overwhelmed and worrying nonstop, which caused her to suddenly faint.”
