nothing more than pocket change for Eclipse Pack, but if Jack’s finally sobered up at this point, it’s obvious someone hit a nerve.
And if it’s his bottom line we’re to then it means Jack doesn’t have much left to play with.

I immediately called for a full staff gave the order to launch an all–out offensive against Rampage Pack.
A while ago, Jack had teamed up with Stars Pack to launch a joint assault on us–Eclipse Pack. Well, now it’s

Our programmers from Eclipse Pack launched a relentless attack on Rampage Pack’s firewall. Their stock price started free–falling, and before long, Jack was clearly struggling to hold it together.
That’s when I strategically pulled back, leaving him barely enough room to breathe.
It wasn’t mercy. Not even close. It just wasn’t the time to completely finish him off yet.
I had bigger things to take care of.
Rosaline’s POV:
The moment I walked into the office, I could feel something was off.
There were a bunch of balloons hanging on the wall, and in huge letters, they said, “Happy Birthday!”
Pink balloons were everywhere. The whole scene left me confused.
Usually, I’m strict about keeping work and personal life separate. No one’s allowed to do this kind of stuff in the office.
So, what the hell’s going on today?
I let out a cold scoff and walked up to a few employees, ready to give them a piece of my mind. But before I could open my mouth, they all looked at me with bright, beaming smiles–sq cheerful it actually made it hard for me to start scolding them.
“What’s all this about?” I pointed at the balloons and the colorful eggs they were holding.
They just kept giggling.
I was totally lost–until the office door opened behind me.
“Rosaline, happy birthday!”
Yvette walked over, holding a cup in her hands. “Rosaline, this is my birthday gift for you!”
And then, all the other employees stood up too, each of them holding out a gift for me. “Rosaline, happy birthday!”
I froze. Then I checked the date.
Chapter 800 You’re Mine
Turns out it really was my birthday.
I’d been so swamped with work that I completely forgot. It had honestly been years since I’d celebrated.
“Thank you.” I couldn’t help smiling. “How did you all know it was my birthday?”
At that, a few of them covered their mouths and giggled again. “Of course, it’s because of a certain someone who loves you–Mr. Holbrook.”
Right as they said that, a loud bang erupted behind me. Caden stepped out through a cloud of smoke, holding a bouquet of roses. Several employees followed behind him.
And in the back, Naomi was pushing out a massive birthday cake.
“Happy birthday, Wifey.”
Caden walked over with a warm smile, handing me the roses. His eyes were filled with a kind of tenderness I’d never seen before.
My face flushed red. I lightly punched him in the chest. “What are you saying? There are so many people watching.”
“You’re even blushing now.”
Seeing me so flustered, he pulled me into his arms and kissed me right then and there. Naomi brought the cake over with perfect timing.
Just as everyone was about to start cutting the cake, Caden winked at me, then suddenly scooped me up in bridal–style and ran out the door.
I was caught totally off guard. Instinctively, I wrapped my arms around his neck, cheeks burning. “There are so many people! What are you doing?”
“I want them all to know–you’re mine.” His voice was full of pride and confidence. He carried me straight out the front doors and into a helicopter.
It flew us to a beach, and when I looked down from above, I saw a massive flock of seagulls arranged perfectly in the shape of my face.
I turned to look at Caden, completely stunned. I never imagined he’d go this far.
Once we landed, he held my hand, and we slowly strolled along the shore.
The ocean breeze blew against my skin, soft sand under my feet. Everything felt calm and perfect.
“Rosaline.”
Just as I was soaking it all in, his voice called out behind me.
I turned around–and saw Caden on one knee, holding a small velvet ring box.
“All these years, I just wanted to give you a stable life by my side. I never meant for you to go through so much. I’ve put you through more than I ever should have.”
My nose stung, and tears started to fall.

“I don’t think I ever officially proposed to you, did I?” His eyes were misty, too, but he still smiled as he held up the ring. “Rosaline Sinclair, will you marry me?”
I covered my face, took a deep breath, blinked the tears back, and reached out my hand. “I will
He slipped the ring on my finger, then pulled me into a tight embrace by the sea.
He kept whispering over and over how much I meant to him.
And in that moment, I felt like the luckiest woman in the entire world.
